Grace,
Your information was provided on a 2024–25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form, but you haven’t signed your section of the form yet. Without your signature, the FAFSA form is incomplete, and the student won’t be eligible for federal student aid.
Sign your section of the form now to ensure the student is eligible for as much aid as possible.

Take Action To Complete Your Application
To sign the FAFSA form, follow these steps:
In addition to providing a signature, all contributors are required to provide consent and approval to have their federal tax information transferred from the IRS directly into the FAFSA form. If the student's form is also missing your consent and approval, you'll see and select "Approve" instead of "Provide Signature.” Selecting “Approve” will allow you to provide consent and approval and then your signature.
For more detailed step-by-step instructions, review our resource on how to make FAFSA form corrections.
