Enhancements to StudentAid.gov
FSA made additional updates to StudentAid.gov features designed to improve the information and self-service tools available to our customers.

Two-Step Verification – Customers who create a new account on StudentAid.gov will be required to set up and use two-step verification.
|

Customers who already have an account will have the option to set up two-step verification in their account settings. For more information check out our announcement on StudentAid.gov.

• |
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Employer Search – FSA added a searchable employer database which provides information about an employer's eligibility for the program. Customers can now see if their employers qualify without logging in to the PSLF Help Tool. You can access the link here: PSLF Employer Search.

Additional Updates – Modifications and improvements were also made to features across the website including our virtual assistant, Aidan®, the income-driven repayment (IDR) plan landing page, Master Promissory Note (MPN), and the StudentAid.gov homepage and search functionality, just to highlight a few.
